Kitch restaurant, a popular city centre restaurant offering the Dublin Road locally sourced dishes promising ‘that something different’.

Background

Sister restaurant to the successful Archana a few doors down, Kitch restaurant offered informal dining at great value. With low-slung banquettes, mismatched school chairs and white-washed brick walls, not the spot if you’re looking a posh lunch with a serene atmosphere – Kitch’s offering was bright, enthusiastic and charming – and the food was good too.

I was approached by friend and restaurant owner Munish Sharma for a full design roll out from branding, signage, website design, menus, photography and advertising collateral –  all on a tight budget.
Kitch was built from the ground up, working closely with Munish to communicate the lively character of this brand, reflecting the owners personality and vibrancy of the dining experience and customer base.

Friendly and casual bistro serving delicious comfort food with a chilled informal atmosphere in a great city centre location.

Kitch will not appeal to those in search of poshness, silence, or enveloping comfort.
It has basic decor with the feel of an old university canteen. School type chairs and a mission to use the napkins to steady the uneven table should give you the general idea!

But with the right staff, the right atmosphere and delicious food at the right price points, the vibe is relaxed and happy, quirky and charming.
