While Belfast design house Sort worked on setting the new brand guidelines and application, I was approached to build a website that would provide its own online delivery and collection system, to work alongside 3rd party delivery services such as Deliveroo and Just Eat.
Working on this project during lockdown, we had to assign a delivery and collection timing system with intervals for customers, and a 10 mile radius of the city centre.
Working in Shopify to deliver this web build, we successfully categorised the lunch and dinner menus, with cut off time for orders, and incorporated the correct plugins for the delivery and collection site functionality, with in-device alerts messaging customers when their food was nearly ready to collect.
I also developed marketing livery for print and social media based on the set guidelines to extend the brand reach and message that they were open for business during this tricky time for the hospitality industry.
